Back online

After a week of lies, broken promises, incompitence, untrained customer service reps, and service techs with bad attitudes - we finally got our internet back up. Our wonderful cable company had in fact got the service restored a couple times during this past week, but each time they got it back up something else in the system would break and the whole system in our area would go down. I got so tired of calling the cable company, I finally gave up and just waited out the inevitable repair - no longer how long it took.

That being said, it looks (with luck) that we are finally back up for good and can continue to chronicle our exploites.
